Dramatic Results

Id like to start by stating that I am not a paid promoter of the Alpha Trainer app. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to leave one for Alpha Trainer because it has completely changed the way I experience the gym.

I love this app and use it every single time I go to the gym. I pop in my headphones and simply follow whatever the directions of the Alpha Trainer. Nothing could be easier.

I have been using it for a few months now and the results Ive seen are staggering. Im a 28 year old male - 6 feet tall - 160 pounds. Im not big or buff and likely never will be. However, I would never imagine that I would be able to build muscles as I have over the last few months using this app. I cant recommend it enough.
